The seven story Wychwood building contains a mix of one, two, and three bedroom apartments. The building is organized into four separate wings, each serviced by its own elevator. This gives the residential floors of the building an intimate, private feeling in contrast to the grandeur of the lobby.

Each of the sunny apartments in the Wychwood building are designed in the classic pre-war style. Layouts include high ceilings, hardwood floors, decorative detailing, and generous room sizes. Many even have working wood burning fireplaces and enclosed sun porches! The apartments were designed to make the most of the buildings commanding location, with residents enjoying views of the surrounding community, and for some, the Manhattan skyline.
