The
Wychwood Apartments were designed in 1929 by the architectural
firm of Schwartz and Gross. The seven story luxury
residential apartment building blended European architecture
with modern conveniences in the beautiful suburban
setting of Great Neck.
Today the Wychwood is a thriving cooperative residence where owners
enjoy the benefits of living in a historic building within walking
distance of downtown
Great Neck. First class restaurants, beautiful parks, cultural
activities and nightlife are just some of the many amenities that Great
Neck has to offer. Wychwood residents also appreciate the building's
easy access to Manhattan, and the
non-stop commute of twenty six minutes directly to Manhattan's
Pennsylvania Station is ideal for commuters and day trippers alike.
The Long Island Expressway, Northern State/Grand Central Parkway and
the Cross Island Expressway are all located within two miles of the
building.
